Proctors need only be registered and approved. Proctors may be instructors or other personnel from the Training Organization, or they may be independent proctors hired by the Training Organization. They are not required to pass a test to be a VGI proctor. Although not required, we strongly recommend that a proctor that is also an instructor take the test prior to instructing.
