The primary responsibility of the proctor is to ensure that that the test is given to the standards and conditions outlined in VGI's "Classroom Procedures for Proctors - 3rd Edition". Proctors must certify to the implementation of the module's specified procedure. All proctors must be registered with VGI prior to any testing session. Our agreement with the EPA requires that there be a minimum of one proctor in the classroom for each fifty applicants or fraction thereof. Fifty-one applicants for example, would require two proctors.
